What Dubsado does well
Dubsado's greatest strength is its onboarding automation. For a creative freelancer handling dozens of new client enquiries per month, that automation is transformative.
The proposal and contract builder is polished. Templates are flexible, the client-facing experience is clean, and the combined proposal-contract-invoice document flow is genuinely well-designed. Few tools match Dubsado on this specific workflow.
Where Marque has the edge
Dubsado was built for a solo operator. Adding team members is possible but the experience doesn't feel designed for it — there's no capacity planning, no view of who's working on what across the agency, and no way to see team utilisation at a glance.
