Terms of service

These terms are between you (or the agency you represent) and TGF DIGITAL LTD, company number 17464775, registered at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom, trading as Marque ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The trial

New accounts get 90 days of full access with no card required. At the end of the trial nothing is deleted and you are not automatically charged — you choose a plan when you are ready, and the app will ask you to before you can keep using it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in GBP, exclusive of VAT. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your data

You own the client, project and financial data you put into Marque. We process it to provide the service and do not use it for any other purpose. You can export most of your data from within the app at any time; on cancellation, we retain it for a reasonable period in case you return, then delete it — contact us if you would like it removed sooner.

Payments to your clients

When your clients pay an invoice through Marque, the payment runs through your own connected Stripe account and settles directly to you. We do not hold or take a percentage of that money.

Acceptable use

Don't use Marque to store or send anything unlawful, to attempt to breach the security of the service, or to resell access without a written agreement with us. We can suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Marque available and back up your data, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
