Questions
The things people ask before signing up
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. You keep your data and pick a plan when you are ready; until you do, the app asks you to choose one rather than letting you carry on for free.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 90-day trial starts the moment you sign up, with every feature unlocked, and we do not ask for payment details until you choose a plan.
Is it per seat?
No. Each plan includes a number of team members and you pay one price regardless of how much they use it. If you outgrow the seats, you move up a plan.
What counts as a client?
A client marked active. Prospects, inactive and churned clients do not count against the limit, and projects, tasks and invoices are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in both directions, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference appears on your next invoice.
Do you take a percentage of payments?
No. Client card payments run through your own Stripe account and land in your bank. We never touch the money.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export clients, time and expenses to CSV whenever you like, or read everything out through the API on Agency and above. There is no export fee and no notice period.
Does the AI read my clients' email?
Only if you connect a mailbox and switch it on, on your own AI key. Every switch starts off, drafts are never sent, and no task is created without somebody approving it.
What happens if the trial ends mid-invoice or mid-project?
Your existing records are not deleted when the trial ends, and you are not automatically charged. Access to the working app is restricted until you choose a paid plan. Choose a plan before expiry if your team needs uninterrupted access.
