Clients
Everything about a client, in one place
The record every other part of the app hangs off: who they are, who you speak to, what you have agreed, and whether the relationship is healthy.
Clients & companies
Trading names, registration details, addresses, VAT, industry, and every project, invoice and ticket attached to them.
Contacts
The people at each client, with job titles, a primary contact, and per-person portal permissions.
External contacts
Suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders, kept out of your client list but attached to the work.
Notes, files & reminders
Anything that would otherwise live in somebody's inbox, on the record it belongs to.
Tags & custom fields
Your own vocabulary for segmenting clients, projects and work.
Global search
One box across clients, projects, tasks, invoices, tickets and files.
Intake forms
Build a form, put it on your site, and have the brief land against a client instead of in an inbox.
Client health scores
A score per client from activity, profitability and retainer burn, so you see a relationship going quiet before it goes away.
From AgencySales pipeline
Opportunities from first conversation to signed, with weighted forecasting.
From AgencyCross-agency client sharing
Share a client with another Marque agency — pick the projects and asset areas, they accept, either side can end it.
From Agency
Client portal
Somewhere to send clients instead of an email thread
Their own login, showing only what you have given them: progress, invoices, files, contracts and a way to raise a ticket.
Client portal
Projects, invoices, quotes, contracts, retainers, files and tickets — each switched on per contact.
From GrowPay from the portal
Card payment on an invoice, straight into your own Stripe account.
From GrowQuote acceptance
Clients accept or decline a quote themselves, and it converts to an invoice.
From GrowFile proofing
Clients annotate creative directly on the file instead of describing where the problem is.
From GrowMonthly client reports
What you did, what it cost, what is next — generated and sent without anybody writing it.
From GrowWhite labelling
Your logo, your colour and your own domain on everything the client sees.
From AgencyDelivery
Run the work, not just record it
Projects, tasks and the views that make a week of work legible — including who is free and who is drowning.
Projects
Unlimited on every plan, with budgets, leads, due dates and status.
Tasks & subtasks
Assignment, priority, estimates, due dates and dependencies.
Kanban board
Drag and drop between columns, per project.
Gantt timeline
A project's tasks on a timeline, with the dependencies between them.
Resource planner
Who is allocated to what, week by week, before you promise anything else.
Project templates
Your standard build, spun up with its whole task list in one click.
AI task generation
Turn a brief into a task list on your own AI key — you approve every task before it exists.
Team chat
Per-project and general channels, next to the work rather than in another tab.
Project milestones
Phase a project and bill against the phases.
From Agency
Time
Time that gets logged without anybody remembering to
A timer when you want one, passive capture when you do not, and an approval step before any of it reaches an invoice.
Time tracking
Live timer or manual entry, against a client, a project or a task.
From GrowTimesheet approval
One queue to approve or send back a week of the team's time before it is billed.
From GrowPassive capture
A browser extension (installed with our help while it is not yet in the Chrome Web Store) and a Claude Code hook that bank time as it is spent, and a daily review so nothing is logged you did not agree to.
From GrowStaff utilisation
Billable against capacity, per person, per month.
From GrowCost rates & margin
What a person costs you as well as what you charge, so project reports show margin rather than revenue.
From Agency
Money
Quote it, sign it, bill it, chase it
The whole commercial path from a number on a quote to money in the account, without leaving for a separate billing tool.
Invoices
PDFs, part payments, overdue chasing, and a card payment link on every one.
From GrowQuotes
Line items, PDF, an accept link, and conversion to an invoice when they say yes.
From GrowRecurring invoices
Repeat billing on any schedule, raised and sent without anybody remembering.
From GrowStripe payments
Stripe Connect, so payments land in your account and never pass through ours.
From GrowRetainers
Monthly hours or value, burn-down against what has actually been delivered, and an alert before you are over.
From GrowExpenses
Billable and non-billable costs with receipts, pulled onto the client's next invoice.
From GrowContracts & e-signature
Send for signature, collect the full agreed amount through the payment link, and keep the audit trail.
From GrowProposals
A public link a prospect can read and respond to without an account.
From GrowAccounting sync · Coming January 2027
Xero and QuickBooks invoice and payment sync is planned for January 2027. Invoicing in Marque is available now.
From Agency
Websites
The client sites you look after, watched
The part most agency CRMs leave out: the hosting, the plugins, the certificates and the 3am outage.
Uptime monitoring
Every client site checked every five minutes, with alerts when one stops answering.
From AgencySSL expiry
Certificates read from the live domain and flagged before they lapse.
From AgencyWordPress plugin drift
What is out of date across every site, in one list, with optional automatic updates and a post-update check.
From AgencyCompanion plugin
A small WordPress plugin that reports in and gives you one-click admin login.
From AgencyServers & hosting
Which site is on which box, with credentials kept properly rather than in a spreadsheet.
From AgencyDNS & CDN
Bunny and Cloudflare zones, records and cache, managed from the same place as the client.
From AgencyDomains
Registrations and renewal dates alongside the client they belong to.
From AgencyShopify stores
Orders, products and store health pulled in for the clients who sell.
From Agency
Support
Client requests that do not get lost
A shared queue with a clock on it, fed by email and by the portal.
Support tickets
Priority, assignment, internal notes and a full history per client.
From GrowEmail to ticket
Connect Google Workspace Studio to route client emails and replies into tickets.
From GrowSLA tracking
First response and resolution clocks, checked every fifteen minutes, escalated when they slip.
From GrowSMS notifications
For the alerts that cannot wait for somebody to open their email.

Inbox & AI
An inbox that proposes work rather than doing it
On your own AI key, on your own terms, with every switch off until you turn it on. Nothing is sent and nothing is created without a person saying so.
Bring your own AI
Your key, your engine, your bill. Switch the whole thing off and nothing reads anything.
Email triage
Connect an IMAP mailbox, or Gmail through Google Workspace Studio, and have new mail sorted by who it is from and what it is about.
From AgencySuggested tasks
The task the email is asking for, written and put up for approval. Nothing is created until somebody approves it.
From AgencyDraft replies
A suggested reply alongside the task. Drafts are never sent.
From AgencyBulk mail cleanup
Find the newsletters and notifications, clear them in one go, and unsubscribe properly if you want to.
From AgencyAutomation
The repetitive parts, handled
Rules you write, on triggers the app already knows about — plus the scheduling and reminders that stop things being forgotten.
Workflow rules
Trigger, condition, action. When a project goes live, when an invoice goes overdue, when a ticket breaches.
From GrowBooking pages
Public scheduling links for calls and discovery, with your real availability.
Google Calendar sync
Task deadlines, project dates and logged time pushed to your Google Calendar every fifteen minutes.
Reminders
On any record, to you or to a colleague, in app and by email.
Incoming webhooks
Signed endpoints for GitHub, GitLab and anything else that should show up on the activity feed.
Reporting
The numbers that decide what you do next month
Revenue, utilisation and profitability from the work as it was actually recorded, not from a spreadsheet somebody keeps up by hand.
Revenue reports
By client and by month, on paid invoices rather than hopeful ones.
From GrowProject profitability
What a project earned against what it cost in hours.
From GrowUtilisation
Billable against capacity, per person.
From GrowForecasting
What is committed, what is likely, and what the month looks like from here.
From GrowActivity feed
Deploys, pushes, plugin updates and client events, in order.
Audit log
Who changed what, when, across the whole account.
From Agency
Platform
Yours to connect to, and to lock down
An API for your own systems, and the controls an agency holding client data is expected to have.
Customer API
Agency-owned keys with per-resource scopes over clients, projects, tasks, time, invoices and reports. Off until you turn it on.
From AgencyMobile app API
The same data behind a personal token, for the mobile app.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP with recovery codes, optional or required across the whole team — your call.
IP allowlist
Restrict sign-in to the addresses your team actually works from.
Roles & permissions
Per-person permissions on top of roles, so a contractor sees the project and not the margin.
Team invitations
Invite by email; they set their own password. Nobody chooses anybody else's.
Guest collaborators
Bring a freelancer in on one client — just the tasks, files and time you choose, and nothing else in your account.
From GrowCSV import & export
Your data in, and out again, whenever you want it.

Straight answers
What Marque does not do
It is not a design tool
You will still work in Figma and your editor. Marque holds the brief, the file, the annotation and the time — not the canvas.
It is not your accountant
It raises invoices and supports payment through your Stripe account. Xero and QuickBooks sync is coming January 2027. Marque does not file tax returns for you.
It does not act on your behalf
The AI reads and proposes. It does not send mail, create work or spend money without somebody agreeing to it — and every switch starts off.
It is not a hosting company
It watches the sites you already host, wherever they are, and tells you when one stops answering.
See it against your own clients
90 days, every feature unlocked, no card. Import a handful of clients and judge it on those.
